Rock Art Excursion 

Guests will leave Khowarib in one of the lodge’s vehicles, along with a guide/driver. They will head west into the mountains for approximately half an hour in search of bushman rock art engravings.  Once they are close to some art guests will get out of the vehicle and walk closer to the to view and take pictures.  Guests are also welcomed to climb the mountain slightly to get a closer look at the art if they wish, so because of this we recommend suitable footwear. Guides will explain why the art is there, how it was made and the age of it. Towards the end of the trip guests can enjoy a sun downer before returning to the lodge for dinner.

Duration: Half Day, 8:00am-12:00pm or 15:30pm – 18:00pm
